Catcott Parish Councillors are summoned to a meeting of the Council as detailed below

6 LCN and Highways Group – review of how Somerset Council works with communities. Connectivity Plan
7 Highways:-
7.1 Road near Nydon Bridge
7.2 A361 closure at Burrowbridge – temporary lights 29 June – 23 July. Then total closure 23 July – 2 September
7.3 Any other highways updates – requests sent to agents and landowner re cutting back overgrowth along and round King William Road and Manor Road. Also requested repair to wall at entrance to Church footpath Manor Road.

10 King William Inne – Congratulations to the team – Sufficient funds have been raised to enable this to re-open
11 Planning:-
11.1 14/25/00005 – Replacement dwelling and garage – 8 Lippetts Way – no update
11.2 14/25/00006 – erect 2 self build dwellings & new vehicular access – land West 8 Lippetts Way – withdrawn after registration
11.3 14/26/00003 – conversion of garage and erection of extension at 7 Steel Lane – granted
11.4 Any other planning matters for information 14/24/00002 & Enforcement E14/00063/B – now closed
12 Parish Plot – Sustainable Farming Incentive application
13 St Peter’s Church – possible changes re disabled access and toilet plus cllrs invited to presentation on 23 June
14 CVA Defibrillator – The Critical Bleed Kit has arrived
15 Open Gardens – Clerk has arranged for roads to be swept, grass to be cut and Weares Lane pothole to be filled
16 Finance
16.1Cheques for signature – incl. Clerks salary and expenses; bleed kit; St Peter’s Church; CPRE`
16.2 Accounts – sent to councillors
16.3 Election costs – explanation from Somerset
16.4 Any other financial matters – VAT reclaim of £943.09 in preparation
17 Items for information, circulation, distribution
18 Items for future meeting(s) – NALC new financial regulations; NALC new Standing Orders; Various policies required for website.
