7 Tessa Munt – online meeting 23rd November for Clerks and Chairs only. Including Parish Preparedness Survey for completion.

11.2 14/26/00007 – Wellfield House, 19 Manor Road – change of use to residential and conversion into 5 dwellings – an appeal has been submitted. This will be dealt with by written representation but no new information can be added
11.3 14/26/00014 – TPO Prune Walnut 14 Brook Lane – historically Catcott Parish Council leaves TPO decisions to the experts at Sedgemoor/Somerset
11.4 14/26/00015 – to determine whether prior approval is required – land to West of Scotts Lane – access track
