Catcott Parish Councillors are summoned to a meeting of the Council as detailed below

AGENDA – 11th August 2026 – Catcott School Hall at 7pm

Members of the public wishing to speak should raise their hands at the appropriate moment.

1 Present and consideration of apologies

2 Declarations of interest and consideration of any dispensations required

3 Minutes of previous meeting

4 Highways – urgent matters only

5 Management of website – to empower one of the councillors to operate the website alongside the Clerk. This would make life easier for the Clerk and not leave the Council in difficulties if she is unavailable for any reason.

6 Footpath tree – now reported to be cleared

7 Planning:-

7.1 14/26/00007 Wellfield House, 19 Manor Road – change of use to residential and conversion into 5 dwellings.

7.2 Any urgent planning matters that cannot wait until the next meeting

8 Finance

8.1Cheques for signature – incl. Clerks salary and expenses; any other urgent cheques

8.2 Date of next meeting – Tuesday 8th September 2026 at 7pm in Catcott School Hall
